alpen_en_bloc_2 Alpen en bloc 2
In this volume we would like to present you some of the most beautiful bouldering areas between Sustenpass (Ch) and Innsbruck (A). With the assistance of many locals we have created new topos and sketch maps of these areas. Finally it became a good mix of well-known areas and jet not published areas:

Bernd Zangerl reveals the secret of the Silvapark area (Silvretta Mountains), which some of you might know from the movie "Memento - A Boulder Life Line". In this book you will also find Passo San Giovanni near Arco, wich is the perfect place to start bouldering, or the Val Daone where you can climb on amazing granite. There is also a topo of Magic Wood, probably one of the most famous spots of the Alps. From Val di Mello and Val Daone we only present you a selection, but with enough information to ensure several intensive bouldering days.

The introduction to each area as well as other important information is available in English. Furthermore you will also find a small German-English dictionary including the basic bouldering terms.

Alpen en bloc 1 is available in specialist shops or online e.g. at panico.de.

On alpboulder.com there is a brief description including updates to all spots (see box at left) and in our gallery you can get a first impression to many areas.

If you notice errors in the topos or if you have other suggestions concerning the scores or if you know how a Boulder is "really" named, let us know - thanks.
